• The sittingroom has comfortable, built-in window seats, where guests can sit and watch the ever changing bustle of the Royal Mile below.
• The sitting / dining / kitchen area is open-plan. The comfortable sitting area has a digital television with Freeview, DVD player and a CD / radio with an iPod dock. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and microwave. There is a large dining table that can seat up to eight guests.
